(Q) Where to you ship?

(A) We ship to all of the lower 48 United States and Canada.

(Q) How can I place an order?

(A) Simply call 561-868-0345 and our staff will be delighted to help you place an order.

(Q) Can I order your products on line?

(A) No, not yet. But you can call or fax your orders

(Q) Can I order on credit?

(A) Yes. Please complete our credit application and call our Accounts Receivable department for further instructions.

(Q) Do you accept credit cards?

(A) No, we don’t. Initial terms are COD, cash or certified check; upon account approval, invoices are payable net 30 days. Information for wire transfer or direct deposit provided upon request.

(Q) What is included with the listed price?

(A) Sleeves are included in our pricing. Extra sleeves, trays, boxes and pots are available at an additional charge.

(Q) Is there a minimum order?

(A) Yes. All orders require a minimum of $100 per individual bill of lading. Combining orders is not permitted.

(Q) Do orders need to be made in advance?

(A) Orders must be called/faxed at least one day in advance of the ship date by 3:00 p.m. EST (2:30 p.m. CST)

(Q) Do you offer a catalog?

(A) The nature of our business does not allow us to print availability or pricing too far in advance. We publish availability and pricing on a weekly basis. We would be happy to add you to our email and fax list if you would like to receive it.
